A 22-year-old female with Turner's syndrome presented after cardiac arrest with severe right-sided heart failure and severe TR. MitraClip was utilized with TEE and ICE for a significant reduction in the TR that persisted at 30 days. We present the youngest patient to undergo treatment of severe TR with MitraClip.

• Discuss the long-term hemodynamic sequelae of recurrent left-sided obstructive lesions.
• Diagnose the severity of tricuspid valve regurgitation based on a five-class grading scheme.
• Recognize transcatheter tricuspid valve repair as a treatment for refractory right-sided heart failure.
• Recognize clinical features that suggest that transcatheter tricuspid valve edge-to-edge repair could be considered in the management of patients with tricuspid regurgitation.
• Identify anatomic features that predict procedural success of transcatheter tricuspid valve edge-to-edge repair.
• Evaluate procedural success of transcatheter edge-to-edge repair of the tricuspid valve.
