In this review, we have summarized the most updated evidence on epidemiology, pathophysiologic mechanisms, and management strategies of various CVAEs associated with ICIs. We have also incorporated the highlights from recent guidelines published by the National Comprehensive Cancer Network on ICI-related cardiovascular toxicities.
