In patients with SMR (secondary mitral regurgitation), improvement in TAPSE/PASP (tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion-to-pulmonary artery systolic pressure ratio) after successful M-TEER (mitral transcatheter edge-to-edge repair) is predicted by baseline variables and post-procedural mitral gradient and is associated with a better outcome.
