Catheter ablation (CA) of ventricular arrhythmias (VAs) originating from the left ventricular summit (LVS) region can be challenging. Prolonged duration RFA from adjacent endocardial locations is a safe and effective technique for successfully targeting challenging LVS VAs that fail standard RFA.
