- Select guideline-driven OACs including initiation, dosing, and management, especially pre- and post-PCI.
- Assess and develop an anticoagulation treatment plan for PAD patients.
- Identify anticoagulation drug, dosage, and duration for the VTE patient.
- Evaluate the acute to long-term anticoagulation needs of the COVID-19 patient.
