Successful completion of this certified activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to .50 Medical Knowledge MOC point in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program.

Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

Learner Objectives
Upon completion of this program, you should be able to:

  • Review the latest ACC valvular heart disease guidelines leading to improved assessment and diagnosis of aortic stenosis.
  • Interpret diagnostic findings from multimodality imaging such as echocardiography, stress testing, and computed tomography in the diagnosis of suspected aortic stenosis. 
  • Distinguish key assessment and diagnostic findings leading to the appropriate staging of aortic stenosis.
