The Emerging Potential of Utilizing Real-World Evidence
Product Description
While real-world evidence has limitations, it has the potential to impact healthcare broadly. In this lesson, gain insights into the potential of real-world evidence to address gaps in evidence and improve the delivery of care. Explore potential sources of real-world data that can be leveraged for research, and compare traditional clinical trial models with appropriate models for real-world evidence. After considering the results of a survey examining cardiologists’ perspectives on the benefits and concerns around applying real-world evidence to guide care decisions, learners will be better prepared to generate and apply real-world evidence.
