Upon completion of this program, you should be able to:

• Recognize that significant isolated left main coronary artery disease may be safely treated by either percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or coronary bypass surgery with no difference in all-cause mortality at 10-year follow-up.
• Recognize that three-vessel coronary artery disease is still best treated with coronary artery bypass surgery with improved survival benefit over PCI at 10-year follow-up.
