Primary Palliative Care, which includes basic symptom management and goals of care conversations, is an important skill set for all members of the Cardiovascular Team. By performing these skills, clinicians can increase the likelihood of goal-concordant care. This educational activity brings together resources in a dynamic, case-based format and aims to provide Cardiovascular clinicians with education to increase comfort with advance care planning and symptom management for patients with serious illness.
