Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is one of the most common genetic cardiovascular diseases, both in the US and globally. However, HCM is an underdiagnosed condition that carries a significant disease burden faced by patients. Education is critical to support clinicians in identifying and appropriately managing HCM to reduce the burden of disease progression. This education was created to address knowledge gaps and increase awareness of HCM among cardiovascular specialists.
